Persyaratan Pelayanan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Surat permohonan kepada Direktur Umum dan Infrastruktur IPB yang telah ditandatangani oleh Ketua Pelaksana dan penanggung jawab kegiatan\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proposal kegiatan yang mencantumkan judul kegiatan, peserta, dan isi acara dan pemberi materi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Prosedur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pemohon mengajukan surat permohonan kepada Direktur \u00a0Umum dan Infrastruktur IPB paling lambat 7 hari kerja sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surat permohonan diteruskan kepada Asisten Direktur Pengelolaan Aset, Sarana dan Prasarana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asisten Direktur Pengelolaan Aset, Sarana dan Prasarana mengevaluasi permohonan pemohon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jika permohonan memenuhi persyaratan, surat permohonan diteruskan kepada koordinator Gugus Pemanfaatan Gedung<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gugus Pemanfaatan Gedung mencocokan jadwal penggunaan ruang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gugus Pemanfaatan Gedung mengundang pemohon untuk menyampaikan surat jawaban pemohon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setelah disetujui dan menyelesaikan proses administrasi penggunaan gedung, Direktur mengeluarkan ijin penggunaan gedung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>STANDAR PELAYANAN IJIN PENGGUNAAN GEDUNG PERTEMUAN DAN RAPAT DIREKTORAT UMUM DAN INFRASTRUKTUR IPB UNIVERSITY KOMPONEN URAIAN 1.
